MemberPrive.com is operated by LD LUXURY DIGITAL LTD, Cyprus. We do not allow illegal content, content showing anyone under 18, or content shared without the consent of every person in it. Use this page to report content that breaks these rules or infringes your rights. You do not need an account.

What you can report

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Non-consensual content: intimate images or videos shared without consent, hidden-camera recordings, and fake or manipulated (deepfake) sexual content.
• A person under 18, or anyone who looks like they may be under 18.
• Copyright or other rights: your work posted without permission. Tell us which work is yours, where it appears, and confirm that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.
• Privacy or impersonation: your personal details, or someone pretending to be you.

How to report

Use the form below, or email our abuse and complaints address info@memberprive.com with the link to the content and the reason. Law enforcement can use the same address.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 24 hours and review every report. Reports about minors and non-consensual content are handled first.
• Illegal content is removed immediately once we identify it. Content reported as showing a minor or as non-consensual is taken offline at once while we review it.
• Every complaint is resolved within 5 business days. We tell you the outcome by email.
• Content that we confirm is illegal, non-consensual, shows a minor or infringes someone’s rights stays removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or closed. Where the law requires it, we report to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC for child sexual abuse material.
• We keep reports confidential and share your details only where needed to handle the report or where the law requires it. For copyright notices, the uploader may receive the notice.

Appeals and removal requests by people shown in content

• If you appear in content on MemberPrive and did not consent to it, or you withdraw your consent, you can ask us to remove it. We do not ask you to prove your case first; we remove the content and then review it.
• If you disagree with a decision, including when your own content was removed or your report was rejected, reply to our email within 30 days to appeal. A different member of our team, who was not involved in the first decision, reviews the appeal and answers within 5 business days.
• Consent disputes go to a neutral third party. If someone says they did not consent to content (to being filmed, to the content being shared, or they have withdrawn consent) and we cannot settle it with everyone involved, we refer the dispute to a neutral, independent third party for a decision. We pay for this; it costs you nothing. The content stays down while it is reviewed, and it stays down if the third party decides consent was not given.
• You can also contact a competent court or authority in your country at any time; using our process does not take away that right.
