Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data MemberPrive collects, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
LD LUXURY DIGITAL LTD, registered in Cyprus under number HE 472873, 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus, is the controller of your personal data. Privacy questions and requests: info@memberprive.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as one is not required for our processing; please send all privacy questions to the address above.
2. What we collect
- Fans: your Telegram user ID (your account identifier), Telegram name and @username, and your Telegram profile photo if you allow it; the date you accepted our Terms; your membership, credit balance and purchase history (unlocked videos and photos, tips, enhancements, live session bookings); notification settings and followed Creators; the time and IP address of sign-ins. Creators only see your name and photo, never your Telegram ID.
- Creators: Telegram user ID, name and @username (creators sign in with Telegram; no password), legal name, date of birth, government ID images and a selfie for age and identity verification, signed agreements, consent and age records for other people in their content, payout and tax details, and the content they upload.
- Creator applicants: stage name, legal name, country, optional links, a short description, and the Telegram account they connect (ID, name, @username). We contact applicants through Telegram.
- Payments: card and bank details are collected by our third-party payment processor (named on the checkout page), not by us. We receive a transaction reference, amount and status.
- Everyone: complaints and support messages, and technical data (IP address, browser, device) in security logs.
- Country check (only when a Creator has chosen to hide her profile in certain countries): we look up the country of your IP address on our own server, using an offline IP-to-country database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0). The country is used only to decide whether to show that profile; it is not stored, not logged and never shown to Creators.
- Age check (only in places whose law requires it, for example the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany and certain US states): before adult content is shown, visitors there may be asked to verify their age with AgeVerif, an independent third-party age-assurance provider. The check takes place on AgeVerif's pages, and AgeVerif's own privacy policy covers what you give it. We receive only the result: that you are 18 or older, the country or region the check was done for, the assurance level, and when the check was done and expires, plus a reference to the check that we keep only in hashed form. We never receive ID images, selfies or other biometric data. If you are signed in as a Fan, we link the result to your account so that, where the local rules allow, you do not have to repeat the check. To decide whether the check applies, our own server matches your IP address to an approximate location (country and, in the US, state) using the DB-IP database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); that location is used only for this decision.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis

ID images and selfies are used only to verify age and identity; they are reviewed by authorised MemberPrive staff and are not used for any other purpose.
4. Who we share it with
- Our third-party payment processor (named on the checkout page) and its banks and card networks;
- AgeVerif (age checks, only for visitors asked to verify their age; see section 2);
- Telegram (sign-in, our bots and the Creators' chat inbox @MemberpriveBot), and Prive (priveconnect.com), which runs the Prive+ app: website chats are mirrored there so Creators, and our team for them, can also read and answer them in Prive+;
- our service providers, acting on our instructions: server hosting by MojoHost B.V. in the Netherlands (EU), media storage and delivery, and email delivery;
- law enforcement, courts or regulators when the law requires it, and NCMEC or similar bodies for child sexual abuse material.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers (for example Telegram) process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.
6. How long we keep it
- Fan account data: while the account is open; deleted or anonymised within 30 days after you delete it, except records we must keep.
- Purchase and payment records: 6 years, as required by Cyprus tax and accounting law.
- Creator ID, consent and 2257 records: as long as the content is online and for 7 years after, or longer if the law requires.
- Complaints and reports (with the related moderation decisions) and security logs: 3 years.
- Private chat messages: 1 year.
7. Cookies and local storage
We only use what is needed for the Platform to work: a sign-in cookie for Fans (mp_fan) and for Creators and staff (mp_session), a cookie and a browser setting that remember you confirmed you are 18+ (mp_age_ok, 30 days), for visitors asked to verify their age a signed age pass (mp_av, kept as a cookie and, where cookies are blocked, for example inside some apps, in browser storage; up to 30 days, or less where local rules require a new check sooner) and a short-lived cookie used while the check is in progress (mp_av_poll, 15 minutes), and browser storage for your language and display settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@memberprive.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority in your country.
9. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords stored only as hashes, signed short-lived links for paid media, ID records stored separately with access limited to authorised staff, and access logging.
Live video sessions are not recorded. Members of our moderation team may watch a session in real time for safety; we log who watched or ended a session and when.
10. Children
The Platform is for adults only. We delete any account we find belongs to a minor and report as the law requires.

We post updates on this page and tell you about material changes.
