18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this Website were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the depictions were created.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all such materials are kept by the following Custodian of Records:

Creator and performer verification

Before any content is published, every creator and every other person appearing in it must pass identity and age verification with a valid government-issued photo ID and must give signed consent to appear and to the publication of the content. Copies of the identification documents and the related records are kept as required by 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Content produced by independent creators

To the extent that the operator is not the producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1) of content uploaded by independent creators, the creator who produced that content is responsible for keeping the records required for it. The operator requires creators to provide those records on request.
