Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and LD LUXURY DIGITAL LTD, Cyprus (“MemberPrive”, “we”, “us”), the operator of MemberPrive.com and the related Telegram bots (together, the “Platform”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Complaints & Content Removal page, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by LD LUXURY DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 472873, with its registered office at 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, 1st Floor, Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: info@memberprive.com.

2. What the Platform is

MemberPrive is an online membership platform for adults. Verified adult creators (“Creators”) publish digital content such as photos, videos and posts. Registered users (“Fans”) can buy a membership, top up a credit balance, unlock paid videos and photos, send tips, buy profile enhancements and book online live video sessions. Everything sold on the Platform is digital and takes place online. MemberPrive does not offer, arrange or advertise in-person meetings or any offline services, and Creators may not offer them.

3. Eligibility (18+)

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally allowed to view adult content where you are.
  • By entering the Platform you confirm this. We may ask you to verify your age where the law requires it, and we close accounts that belong to minors.

4. Your account

  • Fans sign in with their Telegram account. Your Telegram account is your MemberPrive account; keep it secure. One account per person.
  • A Telegram account is required to open an account on MemberPrive. Creators are signed in and contacted through Telegram.
  • Creators sign in with their Telegram account, after accepting the Creator Agreement and passing identity and age verification.
  • When you first sign in you must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You can delete your Fan account at any time in Account → Delete account.

5. Memberships, credits and payments

  • Membership is a one-time charge for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). It does not renew automatically: access ends when the term ends unless you buy a new term. Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay.
  • Credits: you can top up a credit balance (1 credit = €1). Top-ups may include bonus credits, shown before you pay. Credits are used to unlock paid videos and photos, send tips, buy enhancements and book online live sessions. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and do not expire while your account is open. Free or bonus credits are never refundable; for refunds of unused purchased credits see the Refund Policy.
  • All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which is named on the checkout page. Your bank statement shows the billing name displayed on the checkout page before you pay. Card details are entered on the processor’s page and are never stored by us.
  • Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank.

6. Online live sessions

Fans can request a 30-minute online live video session with a Creator for the price in credits shown on the Creator’s profile. A session takes place online only. The Creator (or MemberPrive on her behalf) can accept, decline or propose a new time. Credits are only taken for a confirmed session and are returned if the session is declined, cancelled by the Creator or does not take place for a reason on our or the Creator’s side. Monitoring: for safety and to enforce our rules, members of the MemberPrive moderation team may watch any live video session in real time. They do not take part, are not shown in the call, and may end the session at once if the rules are broken. Live sessions are not recorded. Every time a team member watches or ends a session is logged.

7. Chats

Chats between Fans and Creators take place on memberprive.com and, for Creators, also in our Telegram bot @MemberpriveBot. They are open to Fans with an active paid membership. Website chats are also mirrored to the Prive+ app (Prive, priveconnect.com), where Creators, and the MemberPrive team for them, can also read and answer them; a reply sent from Prive+ appears in the same chat and is labelled in the same way. Photos, videos and files sent in a chat are held until a MemberPrive moderator approves them. Text messages are delivered directly, but are checked by our banned-words filter (a message that matches is not sent), and you can report any message you receive, or the whole chat, with ⚑ Report. MemberPrive moderators may read chats for safety, moderation and compliance; every such view is logged. Creators write their own replies. If a member of the MemberPrive team ever replies in a chat on a Creator’s behalf, the reply is always labelled (for example “Agent of” followed by the Creator’s name, or “Moderator”); it is never presented as written by the Creator personally. Your contact details stay hidden from Creators.

8. Rules for Fans

You must not:

  • copy, download, record, screenshot for sharing, share or resell content;
  • harass, threaten, blackmail or exploit Creators or other users;
  • ask a Creator to meet in person, or offer or request sexual services for money;
  • use someone else’s payment details, or file false chargebacks;
  • try to get around the age gate, security measures or paywalls.

9. Creators

Creators must pass identity and age verification (government photo ID and a selfie check) before they can publish or be shown, must accept the Creator Agreement, and must hold documented consent and age records for everyone who appears in their content. Creators keep ownership of their content and give us a licence to host it and show it to Fans in line with these Terms. Every creator is a real, verified person. Where a profile is labelled "Profile video: AI animation of her own photo, with her consent", only her profile video and avatar are an AI animation of her own real photo, made with her consent; her content is not AI-generated (see the Content Policy, 1.3).

10. Prohibited content and activity

Not allowed on the Platform: anyone under 18 or anyone who looks underage; content made or shared without the consent of every person in it; non-consensual, hidden-camera or deepfake sexual content; incest, bestiality, rape or violence, including role-play; intoxicated or unconscious persons; any other illegal content; escorting, prostitution, sexual services for money or arranging in-person meetings; contact details or links to other paid sites. Anyone can report content on our Complaints & Content Removal page. If someone says they did not consent to content, the content is taken down at once and, if the dispute cannot be settled, it is referred to a neutral, independent third party at our expense; the content stays down while it is reviewed.

11. Moderation, suspension and termination

We review Creator content and may remove any content, or suspend or close any account, that breaks these Terms or the law. We cooperate with law enforcement and report illegal content to the competent authorities. If we close a Fan account for no fault of the Fan, we refund unused purchased credits. When you close your own account, unused purchased credits are refunded on request (free or bonus credits are not refundable).

12. Intellectual property

Content belongs to the Creators who made it. The Platform’s software, name, logo and design belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to view content you have access to, on the Platform only.

13. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect and ask you to accept them when you next sign in.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you keep the mandatory protections and the right to go to court in your country of residence. Before going to court, you can also refer a consumer dispute to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry) or to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body approved in Cyprus. A list of approved ADR bodies across the EU is published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
